- I have been a competitive athlete since my youth in activities such as track and field, cross country, basketball, softball, and volleyball. I currently compete in outrigger canoe and dragonboat paddling. I won the gold medal in the 2004 Outrigger Canoe World Sprint Championships. I also enjoy slow-pitch softball, biking, hiking and other outdoor activities. Professionally I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1988. I have an extensive background including personal and group training, sport specific training for all ages, and working with mature adults. I have dedicated my time to help people reach their goals through proper coaching in areas of fitness training, mental toughness training, flexibility training, balance training, and more. It is my objective to help provide people with the tools to find their own greatness that helps in all aspects of daily performance.
